Students Exchange. A maximum of 5 students for each institution per year is admitted to the program. All exams successfully passed at the host partner University by students, as described in the annexed study programs (Annex 1 and Annex 2), shall be automatically recognized by the home University. Students involved in the double degree program shall also enjoy the benefits and shall be likewise subject to the regulations and norms that are in force in the partner University while they are attending course units in the host Institution.

During their period, students are allowed to participate in clinical activities, but they cannot directly treat any patients in Dental School as the first operator. Students Exchange. (i) Exchange of students will be selected by mutual agreements between home institution and host institution.
(ii) To exchange students project / study materials / learning materials / and other relevant literature for the purpose of their educational and research programs.
(iii) To jointly organize students training program / career counselling program for final year students and to invite each other's students to participate therein.
(iv) To permit students to use Library/Laboratory facilities including e- resourcesfor a limited period.
Students Exchange. 3.1. The Parties agree the number of students who participate in the exchange and detailed rules for their recruitment.
3.2. The Parties agree that students participating in the exchange: - Should to know the language in which the study program is implemented to enable full participation in it; - Apply for the participation in the exchange and implement it according to the schedule set out in the agreement between the respective organizational units; - They are exem pt from fees for study.
3.3. The Parties mutually recognize the results obtained by students under exchange program.
Students Exchange. Pursuant to the agreement for academic exchange, NIT Srinagar and IITH, will exchange students according to the terms laid out in Annexure 1. It is desired by both parties that there will be significant flow of students in both directions based on mutual agreements.

Students Exchange. The exchange should be balanced and involve an equivalent number of students from both Universities, over the duration of the cooperation. Both Universities agree that the number of participating students will not be more than 5 (five) units from each university per academic year. Parties shall be able to jointly agree a higher number of participants upon a notice exchange between the Parties. All exams included in the learning agreement described in article 4.1 that are successfully passed at the host partner University by a student shall be recognized by the home University. Students involved in the mobility programme shall also enjoy the benefits and shall be likewise subject to the regulations and norms which are in force in the Universities concerned by the programme.
