Faculty and Staff. GCBOE will employ and provide qualified faculty for high school courses at the School, a qualified Principal for the School, and qualified administrative personnel sufficient to manage the operations of the School.
Faculty and Staff. The University is solely responsible in its discretion for review, selection, appointment, administration, evaluation, and coordination of Program directors, Faculty, and staff.
Faculty and Staff.
1. All members of faculty shall be appointed on the basis of their high academic qualifications and of their commitment to the purposes and objectives of the University, with due regard to the need for appropriate representation in terms of geography, social systems, cultural traditions, age and sex. In the performance of their duties, they shall be expected to comply with the highest standards of efficiency, competence and integrity.
2. The faculty of the University shall consist of the Xxxxxx, the academic staff, visiting professors, fellows, academic consultants and the research staff at the University campus and at such other centres or in such programmes other than at the University headquarters as may be determined by the Council.
3. The Xxxxxx shall appoint administrative and other personnel on terms and conditions determined by the Council for such appointments and in accordance with the present Charter. Due regard shall be paid in their appointment to the purposes and objectives of the University.
4. The Xxxxxx may at his or her discretion appoint temporary faculty members and staff on an ad hoc basis in accordance with the present Charter.

b) UNCG will be responsible for the hiring of the UNCG Liaison position, utilizing a search committee of GCS and UNCG advisory board members, and will compensate the employee and provide standard benefits as provided to other UNCG employees.
Faculty and Staff. A. Under this Agreement, the College will provide its employees to serve in the following capacities. They may be the same person, as the College reasonably determines:
1) College - EMS Full Time and Adjunct Faculty;
2) College - EMS Coppell High School Campus Coordinator;
3) College - EMS Program Director.
B. College shall administer criminal background checks and drug tests on College faculty and staff working directly with Students as required by law. Upon reasonable request, the College shall provide documentation evidencing compliance with this provision to CISD within ten (10) business days.
C. Faculty for lectures, clinical and skills will be arranged by the College-EMS Coppell High School Campus Coordinator.
X. XXXX shall work with the College in securing any substitute instructors, as necessary, to provide educational services under this Agreement. CISD shall be responsible for compensating any substitute instructor that it provides for the educational services under this Agreement.
Faculty and Staff. 1. Provide adequate and relevant information on the faculty and key program personnel.
2. Describe staffing plans including anticipated use of in-person, regular faculty; in-person, adjunct faculty; and expected use of interactive technologies and other distance delivery techniques.
3. Indicate any opportunities for AACC faculty to teach upper-division or graduate offerings on an adjunct basis including a description of selection criteria.
4. Include the last three years of on-campus student enrollment trends for this program and recent off-campus student enrollment trends if applicable.
Faculty and Staff. All faculty and staff involved in teaching dual credit courses in Everman Early College High School must meet the academic requirements of TCC for faculty and must meet applicable SACS requirements as well. Instructors provided by Xxxxxxx ISD to teach dual credit courses must be credentialed and approved in advance by TCC. Xxxxxxx ISD will provide all of the instructors for the solely high school credit courses conducted at Everman Early College High School and will pay the salaries of those instructors. TCC employees and TCC adjuncts will be paid by TCC for teaching a dual credit course at Everman Early College High School, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.

D. The ISD shall work with the College in securing any substitute instructors, as necessary, to provide educational services under this Agreement. The ISD shall be responsible for compensating any substitute instructor that it provides for the educational services under this Agreement.
Faculty and Staff. A. Principals shall have authority and responsibility to select all division, grade level, and department chairpersons in their schools after consulting with staff members in the respective divisions, grade levels, and departments.
B. Educational officers shall have the right to make recommendations for the selection of their subordinates which will be considered by the appointing authorities in selection of their staff members.
C. Principals shall have authority and responsibility to schedule, as needed, a faculty meeting on one (1) day each week. Emergency faculty meetings may be held at any time prior to, during, or after regular student hours.
D. Reductions of certificated staff personnel in schools may be made, as practicable or feasible, prior to May 15 for the next school year. Reduction may be made after May 15 to alleviate and correct educational and operational problems caused by a difference between projected and actual student enrollment in schools.
E. The Board or its designee shall consult with the Union on the formulation of foundation staffing.
