Library Facilities definition

Library Facilities. – means any facility that is owned or leased by the Toronto Public Library and which is directly managed and operated by the Library. Library facilities do not include public right-of-ways such as sidewalks, roads and boulevards, laneways or facilities rented in accordance with the Community and Event Space
Library Facilities means the acquisition and construction of new libraries and the renovation of libraries in Charleston County.

More Definitions of Library Facilities

Library Facilities means services and materials made available by the authority in the course of their provision of a public library service;
Library Facilities means a Category of Necessary Public Services in which literary, musical, artistic, or reference materials are kept (materials may be kept in any form of media such as electronic, magnetic or paper) for non-commercial use by the public in a facility providing a Direct Benefit to development. Libraries do not include Excluded Library Facilities, although a library may contain, provide access to, or otherwise support an Excluded Library Facility.

  • Ancillary Facilities means all facilities ancillary to the Temporary Casino or the Melbourne Casino identified in the Melbourne Casino Complex Development Proposals or the Temporary Casino Complex Development Proposals (as the case may be) to be constructed on or located within the Temporary Casino Site or the Site, including an hotel, restaurant, retail, recreation, entertainment and carparking facilities, residential and office accommodation, staff facilities, staff carparking, coach storage facilities and open space areas;

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • Composting facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for composting of solid waste in accordance with Chapter 3734. of the Revised Code and rules adopted thereunder. The composting facility includes the area of materials placement and any leachate management system structures.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Dairy farm means any place or premises where 1 or more dairy animals are kept for milking purposes, and from which a part or all of the milk is provided, sold, or offered for sale.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations.   • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
