Faculty Rights and Responsibilities Regarding Removal of Students. In accordance with the Education Code, a faculty member may remove a student from his/her class for the day of the incident causing the removal, and the next class meeting, for conduct that disrupts the instructional environment or otherwise violates the College’s Student Code of Conduct.
