Optional Training. Optional training includes training or development opportunities that:
i. are deemed beneficial to the employee’s current job duties,
Optional Training. The District shall offer annual training available to all members regarding threatening student conduct and the role of the District Assessment Care Team. This training is optional, and will count toward the unit members flex obligation for the year.
Optional Training. If, in the judgment of the Agency, the taking of a college course, a professional workshop, seminar or an in-service training program will better prepare an employee to perform his/her current or projected responsibilities and funds are available for this purpose and staffing needs can be met, the employee shall, upon his/her request, be allowed twenty-four (24) hours per year of employee initiated training for professional development. At the discretion of the Agency, this may be accomplished through releasing the employee without loss of pay, or accrual of additional salary, to attend the training and/or by reimbursing the employee for up to one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. At the discretion of the Agency, more than twenty-four (24) hours per year may be granted. It is understood that employees must successfully complete the college course, workshop or seminar to be reimbursed. At the discretion of the Agency, employees may also be reimbursed for expenses pursuant to Article 19. The extent of this reimbursement shall be defined at the time of approval.
Optional Training. The Prosecuting Attorney may permit Deputies to attend non- mandatory training sessions.
Optional Training. 1. University-initiated training and/or mentoring programs shall be made available to all employees, if applicable, in their respective departments or classifications.
2. Upon approval, employees shall be reimbursed up to $500 per fiscal year, on a non-rolling basis, for participation in educational or training programs and associated materials. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
Optional Training. Optional Training is any form of training or professional or educational development initiative that an Employee may deliver or attend at her option, including but not limited to, conferences, seminars, workshops and courses.
Optional Training. Where an Employee elects to take part in an appropriate equipment training program through external sources, and such training is approved in writing in advance by the Company, the Employee shall be reimbursed for the reasonable cost of the fee charged for such training.
Optional Training. 12.1. If you have purchased Optional Training and have already accessed, viewed, or utilized such Optional Training or any part thereof, you have no right to cancel your order.
12.2. Any Optional Training may only be purchased and selected for your own account and benefit, are offered for your own use, and you may not offer them to any third party without Myndlift's prior written consent.
12.3. The Optional Training does not constitute medical advice and is provided for informative purposes only.
12.4. We may terminate your purchase of an Optional Training with immediate effect, in the event that you (i) fail to pay fees applicable to the Optional Training when due; (ii) act in an aggressive, offensive, threatening or harassing manner toward Myndlift's employees and/or representatives who provide the Optional Training; or (iii) if you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
12.5. As between you and Myndlift, all intellectual property rights in the Optional Training course materials and contents, are and remain, the intellectual property of Myndlift and/or its licensors. You are not and shall not be authorized to (i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, post, transmit or distribute any of the materials contained in an Optional Training acquired by you without our prior written consent; (ii) record on video or audio or other means, the Optional Training, (iii) use the Optional Training in providing any training provided by you or a third party; (iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Myndlift on the materials contained in the Optional Training.
Optional Training. 13.1. Optional Trainings are optional. In order to register for and receive an Optional Training, you must have an account with Myndlift via our website. If you already have an account with Myndlift, you can log into the account using your username and password. The fees for the Optional Training shall be as set forth in the Myndlift Academy Teachable platform, which you will be able to view before choosing to enroll in the Optional Training Course. Such fees shall be paid by you prior to accessing and/or utilizing the Optional Course.
13.2. If you have purchased an Optional Training and have already accessed and/or viewed and/or utilized such Optional Training or any part thereof, you shall have no right to cancel your order.
13.3. Any purchase by you of an Optional Training must be purchased and selected for your own account and benefit, are offered for your own use, and may not be offered to any third party without Myndlift's prior written consent.
13.4. The Optional Training does not constitute medical advice and is provided for informative purposes only.

Optional Training. In addition to the 5 hours of remote training per year to Town personnel as set forth in Exhibit A, Rec1 will provide optional on-site training at a rate of $1,000 per day plus travel costs and expenses. Such on-site training includes 8 hours of training for as many the Towns users as is reasonably necessary.
