FACULTY SERVICE AREAS, DISCIPLINES, AND REDUCTION IN FORCE. Definitions: Assignment Areas: Instructional Faculty, Service Faculty, and Children’s Center Faculty. Date of Hire: Effective date hired in a position recognized by Article 2 of this agreement, as approved by the Board of Trustees and published in the applicable board meeting agenda item. Employees hired with the same effective date shall participate in a single drawing to determine the order of employment. Discipline(s) Assignment: Discipline assignments shall be determined by the District utilizing the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx College Disciplines List of minimum qualifications developed and maintained by the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx College Academic Senate.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf):

  • Reduction in Force and Recall In the event a RIF (reduction in force) is necessary, any employee who is laid off and is a member of the retirement plan may withdraw the employee's total contribution without forfeiture of the employee's vested portion of the City's contribution. The vested portion of the City's contribution must remain in the employee's account with the carrier of the retirement plan or roll that vested portion over into an authorized XXX plan.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • DISCIPLINE OF TEACHERS A. The Board may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement concerning the discipline of teachers.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Loss of Service and Seniority An employee shall lose all service and seniority and shall be deemed to have terminated if he:
