Faculty Workload and Responsibilities. Section 4.01 – Purpose The College recognizes that the faculty, as professionals in their respective disciplines, play an integral role in aiding the College to achieve its teaching and service mission. Similarly, faculty members recognize that, as members of the College community, their duties and responsibilities must contribute to the overall mission of the College. Both parties agree that any duties assigned will be fundamentally guided by the needs of the students, the College, and the larger community that all serve.
