FAI CONCESSION FEES. A. At FAI, the Joint Operator will pay the State, on a monthly basis, a Minimum Monthly Guarantee (MMG) or the Percentage Fee, whichever is the greater amount, of $ per month or % per month of Gross Revenues during the Five-Year Base Term. At the start of Base Term Agreement Year 2, the percentage amounts (but not the MMG) will increase automatically and without notification by one percent (1%), and the same one percent (1%) increase will occur at the start of Base Term Agreement Years 3, 4, and 5 for a total of a four percent (4%) increase during the Base Term.

  • Concession Fee In consideration of the grant of Concession, the Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority by way of concession fee (the “Concession Fee”) a sum of Re. 1 (Rupee one) per annum.

Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.
