Failure to Occupy Space. Failure to occupy an assigned space does not constitute a release from the housing contract with the University.
Failure to Occupy Space. Unless prior approval for delayed occupancy is received from MSCA, any exhibit table not occupied by 8:00 a.m. on Nov. 15, 2022, will be forfeited by the Exhibitor, and may be reassigned or used by MSCA without refund to the Exhibitor.

Any space not occupied by 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 21, 2025, will be forfeited by the Exhibitor and the space may be resold, reassigned, or used by Management without refund, unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been made with the Management. Exhibitor is responsible for full payment of the unoccupied exhibit space.

Any space not occupied at the conference facility by the designated setup time in the exhibitor schedule, shall be forfeited by the exhibitor, and space may be resold, reassigned, or used by the Association without refund, unless a request for delayed occupancy has received prior approval by the Association in writing.
