The CM agrees in performing this agreement to comply with all statutory employment requirements, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the "Illinois Human Rights Act" (775 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq.) and "An Act to prohibit discrimination and intimidation on account of race, creed, color, sex or national origin in employment under contracts for public buildings or public works" (775 ILCS 10/1 et seq.).
