Fair Employment Practice. The Employer may discharge any employee except job or shop stewards for any just cause which may be deemed sufficient provided there shall be no discrimination for reasons (including race, sex, color and creed) on the part of the Employer against any employee. All employees shall be retained on the job except for the following reasons: willful neglect of duty, incompetence, or conditions beyond the control of the Employer.
