Fair Share Fees/Dues Deduction. A. The State agrees to deduct and transmit to CASE all membership dues authorized on a form provided by CASE. Effective with the beginning of the first pay period following ratification of this agreement by the Legislature and the Union, the State agrees to deduct and transmit to CASE Fair Share fees from employees who do not become members of CASE.
