Faith or Conscience Holidays (Unpaid. Pursuant to RCW 1.16.050, employees are entitled to up to two unpaid holidays per calendar year for reasons of faith or conscience, or an organized activity conducted under the auspices of a religious denomination, church or religious activity. Employees must follow practice as established under Article 9, Vacation. Requests will be granted provided the employee’s absence will not impose an undue hardship on the College as defined by WAC 00-00-000.
