Falling on a Weekend. All employees, whose regular weekly days off are Saturday and Sunday on a permanent basis, the following rules shall apply: When any of the above holidays falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the manager shall designate another working day, either the preceding Friday or the following Monday to be observed as the holiday in lieu thereof. For all employees whose regular weekly days off are not Saturday and Sunday the holiday will be observed on the day it occurs.

i) When any of the above holidays falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the manager following Monday shall be deemed to be a holiday in lieu thereof.
ii) When any of the above holidays falls on a Saturday, the Employer shall designate another working day, either the preceding Friday or the following Monday to be observed as the holiday in lieu thereof. For all employees whose regular weekly days off are not Saturday and Sunday the holiday will be observed on the day it occurs.
