False Accusations re: Harassment/Abuse. The Employer agrees that it will take appropriate steps to deal with an employee, whether inside or outside the bargaining unit, who is alleged to have made a false accusation of harassment or abuse against another employee (including non-bargaining unit employees). The Union agrees that it will give all reasonable cooperation with an investigation where the complaint is made against a member of the bargaining unit.
