FALSE OR MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND REPRESENTATIONS. Member Participant may not engage in false or misleading advertising, including, but not limited to, advertisements or representations regarding the Member Participant's relationship to their applicable MLS, about the applicable MLS itself, or about any property listed with their applicable MLS. Co-branding may be permitted if the Member Participant’s brokerage firm logo and contact information is larger than that of any third party. Member Participant shall present a true picture in their advertising and representations to the public, including the URLs and domain names they use, and Member Participant may not: (a) Engage in deceptive or unauthorized framing of real estate brokerage websites; (b) Manipulate (e.g., presenting content developed by others) listing content in any way that produces a deceptive or misleading result; or (c) Deceptively use metatags, keywords or other devices/methods to direct, drive, or divert Internet traffic, or to otherwise mislead consumers.
