Common use of Family and Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act Clause in Contracts

Family and Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act. The parties agree that all eligible employees (within the meaning of the respective acts) shall be entitled to all benefits conferred by the Family and Medical Leave Act and the California Family Rights Act.
