Family and Medical Leave—ESP. Neither the employer nor ESP waives any rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act. The Family and Medical Leave Act is not made part of this agreement. For purposes of the Family and Medical Leave Act, a “year” starts on July 1 and ends on June 30.
