Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Credit Union members in good standing and whose status is currently within the Credit Union's common bond (as outlined therein) may sponsor immediate family members and possibly other members of Your household for Credit Union membership. Any Owner may provide Us written notice to freeze funds on deposit and We may, at Our option, honor such written request. If We do, then the Account will remain frozen until We receive subsequent written notice signed by all Owners of the Account as to a disposition of funds on deposit. Any funds on deposit may be utilized to satisfy any debt or garnishment of any Owner of the Account. It is the responsibility of joint account Owners to determine any legal effects of opening and maintaining a joint account.

Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.
Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.
Charitable Donations Employee donations to charity funds shall be on a strictly voluntary basis.
