Common use of FAMILY LEAVE DISABILITY LAWS Clause in Contracts

FAMILY LEAVE DISABILITY LAWS. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent the Employer from complying with the requirements of federal or state laws pertaining to handicap or disability or dealing with family or medical leaves of absence. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Employer to exercise discretion given employers under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
