Common use of Family Medical Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Family Medical Insurance Coverage. a. The Board shall provide family medical insurance coverage under the District’s Medical Benefits Plan to full-time employees. For the District’s PPO Plan(s) and HMO Plan(s), the Board shall pay an amount equal to 88% of the premium. The premium paid by the Board shall cover the life contract. Overall coverage under the health insurance program shall be maintained at not less than the coverage in effect as of January 1, 2019, except as mutually agreed to by the Board and the Association.

Overall coverage under the health insurance program shall be maintained at not less than the coverage in effect as of January September 1, 20192014, except as mutually agreed to by the Board and the Association.
