Specific details of the State and Federal laws relating to FMLA and CFRA are available in the Human Resources Department. 3. Unit employees and department management must contact Human Resources Department to verify current provisions and requirements. 4. Failure to do so could result in a misunderstanding of rights and obligations, and could cause loss of leave benefits or loss of insurance coverage.
