Features Deemed Price. Section 7.1 of the DHE Principal Terms shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Current Features (including Premium Current Features) and Library Features. The “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Current Feature (including a Premium Current Feature) or Library Feature shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion. Licensor currently anticipates categorizing Current Features (including Premium Current Features) and Library Features into one of the following pricing tiers with the corresponding initial price points: Features Price Tier DHE Distributor Price Premium KRW 5,280 1 KRW 4,400 2 KRW 3,000 3 KRW 2,750 TV Deemed Price. The pricing chart in Section 7.3 of the DHE Principal Terms shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Television Episodes Price Tier DHE Distributor Price for SD & HD 1 KRW 818 2 KRW 545 General. Except as specifically amended by this First Amendment, the Agreement shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, provided that, to the extent that there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this First Amendment, the terms of this First Amendment shall govern and control. Section or other headings contained in this First Amendment are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of the First Amendment, and no provision of this First Amendment shall be interpreted for or against any party because that party or its legal representative drafted the provision.
