DHE Included Program definition

DHE Included Program means a program, regardless of what medium such program was first released, made available by Licensor to Licensee for license on a DHE basis in the Territory.
DHE Included Program means a Standard DHE Included Program and a UV DHE Included Program. Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of the DHE General Terms shall be deemed deleted effective as of March 1, 2012.
DHE Included Program means each Current Film and Library Film that Licensee licenses on a DHE basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of DHE Included Program in a sentence

  • Licensor may elect to withdraw each DHE Included Program at any time more than ninety (90) days after its DHE Availability Date.

  • Licensee shall license and make available for distribution on the DHE Service on the terms and conditions set forth herein every DHE Included Program made available by Licensor during the DHE Term, commencing on each such program’s DHE Availability Date.

  • Additional Technical Credits shall be allowed solely in the event that such DHE Customer represents, and such representation is not contradicted by evidence or behavior, that such DHE Customer has had a hardware or software malfunction that renders one or more copies of a validly purchased DHE Included Program unviewable or that the Approved Device to which a DHE Included Program was delivered has been replaced or upgraded.

  • Licensor’s Suggested Customer Price or “SCP,” if any, for each DHE Included Program or pricing tier shall be set forth in the Availability Notice for such program or pricing tier.

  • If no Announce Date is specified by Licensor, Licensee shall not pre-promote any DHE Included Program more than sixty (60) days prior to its DHE Availability Date unless otherwise directed by Xxxxxxxx and in no event may Licensee promote any title prior to receiving an Availability Notice for such title.

  • Licensee shall distribute on the terms and conditions set forth herein each DHE Included Program made available by Licensor during the DHE Term commencing on such program’s DHE Availability Date.

  • Subject to Article 5 of the VOD General Terms, Licensee shall pay to Licensor, with respect to each DHE Included Program, the sum total of each and every DHE Distributor Price for each and every DHE Customer Transaction without deduction, withholding or offset of any kind (“DHE License Fees”).

  • The “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Current Feature (including a Premium Current Feature) or Library Feature shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • There shall be no holdback on Licensor’s right to exploit any DHE Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory at any time.

  • The DHE Availability Date for each DHE Included Program shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, but not later than the Home Video Sales Street Date for such DHE Included Program.


More Definitions of DHE Included Program

DHE Included Program means each Feature Film and Television Episode that Licensee licenses from Licensor hereunder for distribution on a DHE basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
DHE Included Program means each Feature Film made available to Licensee by Licensor, on a DHE basis, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
DHE Included Program means, for each Territory, each Current Feature, Library Feature (as such terms are defined in the applicable Territory Exhibit) and Television Series which Licensee is required to license on a DHE basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to DHE Included Program

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business that is either of the following:

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Best available control technology (BACT means an emissions limitation (including a visible emission standard) based on the maximum degree of reduction for each pollutant subject to regulation under CAA which would be emitted from any proposed major stationary source or major modification which the Department, on a case-by-case basis, takes into account energy, environmental, and economic impacts and other costs, determines is achievable for such source or modification through application of production processes or available methods, systems, and techniques, including fuel cleaning or treatment or innovative fuel combustion techniques for control of such pollutant. In no event shall application of best available control technology result in emissions of any pollutant which would exceed the emissions allowed by any applicable standard under 7 DE Admin. Code 1120 and 1121. If the Department determines that technological or economic limitations on the application of measurement methodology to a particular emissions unit would make the imposition of an emissions standard infeasible, a design, equipment, work practice, operational standard, or combination thereof, may be prescribed instead to satisfy the requirement for the application of best available control technology. Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation, and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
