February 1, 2020. For coverage effective February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021, the County will pay eighty-seven and one-half percent (87.5%) of the total semi- monthly premium for coverage for an HMO plan at the full-time employee’s applicable level of enrollment (i.e., Self, Self + 1 dependent, Family). The balance of the monthly medical premium will be paid by the employee through payroll deduction.
