FEDERAL RESTRICTIONS ON LOBBYING. Contractor certifies that under the requirements of Lobbying Disclosure Act, 2 U.S.C., Section 1601 et seq., no Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf of the Contractor, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any Federal Master Agreement, the making of any Federal grant, the making of any Federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any Federal Master Agreement, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.

FEDERAL RESTRICTIONS ON LOBBYING. The Proposer must certify by signing and submitting the Proposer’s Authorized Offer page of this RFP with submission of its Proposal, that under the requirements of Lobbying Disclosure Act, 2 U.S.C., Section 1601 et seq., (2CFR 200.326 (i)), no Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf of the contractor, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any Federal contract, the making of any Federal grant, the making of any Federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any Federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.
FEDERAL RESTRICTIONS ON LOBBYING. SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with the restrictions on lobbying in 31 CFR Part 21. Pursuant to this regulation, SUBRECIPIENT may not use any federal funds to pay any person to influence or attempt to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with any of the following covered federal actions: the awarding of any federal contract, the making of any federal grant, the making of any federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. SUBRECIPIENT shall certify in writing that SUBRECIPIENT has not made, and will not make, any payment prohibited by these requirements using the form provided in Exhibit D (Lobbying Certifications).
FEDERAL RESTRICTIONS ON LOBBYING. In addition to the restriction on lobbying under 31 CFR Part 21, Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with the Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment, 31 U.S.C. § 1352. Grantee certifies that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant, or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. § 1352. Grantee shall also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the recipient who in turn will forward the certification(s) to the awarding agency.

  • Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.

  • Limitations on Re-Disclosure The Provider shall not re-disclose Student Data to any other party or affiliate without the express written permission of the LEA or pursuant to court order, unless such disclosure is otherwise permitted under SOPPA, ISSRA, FERPA, and MHDDCA. Provider will not sell or rent Student Data. In the event another party, including law enforcement or a government entity, contacts the Provider with a request or subpoena for Student Data in the possession of the Provider, the Provider shall redirect the other party to seek the data directly from the LEA. In the event the Provider is compelled to produce Student Data to another party in compliance with a court order, Provider shall notify the LEA at least five (5) school days in advance of the court ordered disclosure and, upon request, provide the LEA with a copy of the court order requiring such disclosure.
