Federally Funded Employees. It is recognized that certain employees within one or more classifications described in this Section of this Agreement are presently and/or will in the future be employed pursuant to the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (“CETA”) or successor or similar legislation. To the extent required by law, CETA employees shall enjoy the conditions of employment provided for in this Agreement.
