Federated Process Control. Subject to the terms of the Agreement (including the applicable Usage Metrics set forth in the Order Form), Customer may access and use one (1) Parent Site and one (1) Child Site in conjunction with a subscription to any one of the following Procurement Packages: X0X XXX, X0X XXX, X0X FPC-Partner Ed., or P2O FPC Partner Ed. At any time prior to the expiration or earlier termination of Customer’s subscription to any of the foregoing Procurement Packages, Customer may purchase a co-term subscription to additional Child Sites for such Procurement Package at SAP’s then-current rates. If Customer elects to purchase such subscriptions, Customer must also purchase the corresponding Deployment Services for each additional Child Site for an additional fee. 4. ARIBA ADVANCED SUPPLY CHAIN AUTOMATION Ariba Advanced Supply Chain Automation is designed to provide add-on features and functionalities that supplement and leverage the technology features of Ariba Document Automation and/or Ariba Collaborative Commerce Document Automation (as further described in the Documentation) and accordingly, requires an active, paid, and coterminous subscription to Ariba Document Automation and/or Ariba Collaborative Commerce Document Automation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Supplement, Advanced Supply Chain Automation includes transaction capabilities for an unlimited number of Documents originating from such Cloud Service during the Subscription Term.   • Expedited Process (a) Where an Employer has made a selection pursuant to Clause 24.3 (Appointment Policy) and the employee disagrees with the Employer's decision, the employee may grieve the decision under the process set out below within seven days of being notified of the results.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Authorized User Overview and Mini-Bid Process Project Based IT Consulting Services Contracts enable Authorized Users to use a competitive Mini-bid Process to acquire Services on an as-needed basis, for qualified IT Projects. Project Based IT Consulting Services may include, but will not be limited to projects requiring: analysis, data classification, design, development, testing, quality assurance, security and associated training for Information Technology based applications. See section 1.3 Out of Scope Work for a listing of projects expressly excluded from the scope of this Contract. An Authorized User Agreement for Project Based IT Consulting Services will be governed first by the terms and conditions specified in the OGS Centralized Contract and second by terms and conditions added to the Authorized User Statement of Work. Additional terms and conditions shall not conflict with or modify the terms and conditions of the OGS Centralized Contract. NYS Executive Agencies must adhere to all internal processes and approvals including, as required, approval from NYS Office of Information Technology Services. Other Authorized Users must adhere to their own internal processes and approvals. In accordance with Appendix B, section 28, Modification of Contract Terms, an Authorized User may add additional required terms and conditions to this Mini-Bid and resultant Authorized User Agreement only if such terms and conditions (1) are more favorable to the Authorized User and (2) do not conflict with or supersede the OGS Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Examples of additional terms and conditions include: • Expedited delivery timeframe; • Additional incentives, such as discount for expedited payment/Procurement Card use; and • Any additional requirements imposed by the funding source or Federal law.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention An incident report shall be created and maintained at the AGENCY for the following: in the event the AGENCY’S staff or subcontractor becomes aware of an occurrence of any incident of injury to a client receiving program services through the COUNTY, requiring medical treatment by a licensed physician; any lawsuit entered into or against the AGENCY, all allegations of any kind of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the AGENCY’S clients with the exception of those AGENCIES whose primary function is working with those that have been abused, neglected or exploited unless the allegation is against an AGENCY staff member; media coverage relating to the media expressing an interest in a case or issue concerning a client of the AGENCY or an employee on the AGENCY premises, a fire, hostage situation, bomb threat, epidemic or any circumstance which may impact the service provision. All occurrences shall be verbally communicated directly to COUNTY staff no later than 10:00 a.m. the following business day via telephone to the COUNTY. All incident reports shall be made available to the COUNTY upon request and maintained at the AGENCY. These reporting requirements shall in no way supersede the requirements for notification of allegations of abuse/neglect/exploitations to the State of Florida Abuse Hotline, as mandated in Chapter(s) 39 and 415, Florida Statutes.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Infection Control Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Guideline for Infection Control in Health Care Personnel, and University Policy 3364-109-EH-603, the parties agree that all bargaining unit employees who come in contact with patients in the hospital or ambulatory care clinics will need to be vaccinated against influenza when flu season begins each fall. The influenza vaccine will be offered to all health care workers, including pregnant women, before the influenza season, unless otherwise medically contraindicated or it compromises sincerely held religious beliefs.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
