Feedback Rights. Octagos will not treat as confidential any suggestion or idea for improving or otherwise modifying Octagos’ products or services (“Feedback”) that Customer provides to Octagos. Nothing in this Agreement will restrict Octagos’ right to use, profit from, disclose, publish, keep secret, or otherwise exploit Feedback, without compensation or crediting Customer. Feedback will not constitute Confidential Information, even if it would otherwise qualify as such pursuant to Article 5 (Confidential Information).

Feedback Rights. ESO does not agree to treat as confidential any Feedback that Customer provides to ESO. Nothing in this Agreement will restrict ESO’s right to use, profit from, disclose, publish, keep secret, or otherwise exploit Feedback, without compensation or crediting Customer. Feedback will not constitute Confidential Information, even if it would otherwise qualify as such pursuant to Section 9 (Confidential Information).
Feedback Rights. Eyefinity shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, unrestricted, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the Products or Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by Customer, including Users, relating to the operation of the Products or Services.
Feedback Rights. The Company owns any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as «Feedback») about the Site and users experience that Users can provide through email, or other ways. The providing Party and/or its Related Parties, as applicable, further waive any "moral" rights, or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of such Feedback, such Party or its Related Parties may have under any applicable law, whether under copyright, trademark, unfair competition, defamation, right of privacy, contract, tort or other legal theory. The Party receiving and using such Feedback shall retain all responsibility and liability for such Feedback and its use thereof. For the avoidance of doubt and the purpose of clarity, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 17.7, nothing contained in this Section shall in any way alter the ownership rights and restrictions on use set forth in this Agreement.

  • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

  • Patent Rights The State and the U. S. Department of Transportation shall have the royalty free, nonexclusive and irrevocable right to use and to authorize others to use any patents developed by the Engineer under this contract.

  • Performance Rights The Licensor here by grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Master Recording in Unlimited non-profit performances, shows, or concerts. Licensee may receive compensation from performances with this license.

  • Award of Related Contracts City may undertake or award supplemental or successor contracts for work related to this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with other contractors and City in all such cases.
