SITE USAGE. Access to site shall be limited to the Contractor and his personnel. The Contractor shall be responsible for the control of unauthorized entry to the site and shall inform the Employer’s Agent of any breach of such rules. The site shall be managed and used for its intended purpose. The Contractor is required to keep a visitors log and ensure full compliance with site safety standards.

SITE USAGE a. CITIES have exclusive rights to harvesting timber, minerals, and other Rubble Site natural resources. XXXXX shall coordinate with CITIES to facilitate these operations as deemed necessary by CITIES. x. XXXXX may, with the approval of CITIES, engage in other appropriate, lawful, and permitted activities for income generation at the Rubble Site. x. XXXXX shall ensure the operations of the Rubble Site are conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
SITE USAGE. All Users agree that use of the Site is for the sole purpose of connecting Users as Companies and Contractors, with the ultimate goal of having such Users enter into contracts or agreements, with Dratis serving as the staffing agency and employer of record. All Users agree to use the Site for this purpose only and not for the purpose of finding Users, whether they be Contractor or Company, to enter into Service Contracts outside the Site and to which Dratis is not a part. Users agree to notify Xxxxxx immediately when solicited by another User for this purpose.

Xx a condition to the Service Provider’s use of the Site and the Service, the Service Provider agrees: a) not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information,materials or other content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, invades another's privacy, or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred for harm against any individual or group; b) not to impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent its affiliation with a person; c) not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information, materials or other content that infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; d) not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of solicitation; e) not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; f) not to use any manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to "crawl", "spider" or "screen scrape" any web pages contained in the Site; g) not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the software used to provide the ConveyancingSpace Site or Service; h) not to reproduce, duplicate or copy or exploit any other portion of the Site, without theexpress written permission of ConveyancingSpace; i) not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, or any servers or networks connected to the ConveyancingSpace Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the ConveyancingSpace Site; j) not do anything that is likely to bring ConveyancingSpace, its directors or employees or the Site or Service into disrepute; k) to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information it obtains aboutConsumers, only use information regarding Consumers for the purposes of providingService Provider Services, and comply with all laws which regulate the collection, storage, use and disclosure of information; l) not to obtain, collect, store or modify the personal information about other Consumers; m) not modify, adapt, deface or hack the Site or falsely imply that some other site is asso...
SITE USAGE. 4.1 The Corporation grants the Contractor an irrevocable license to use, occupy and have access to the Plant Site at no cost to the Contractor during the period that this Agreement is in force, for the purposes of performing its obligations and exercising its rights under the Contract Documents.

SITE USAGE. The contractors are not allowed to work outside the allowed working hours, as agreed with the Principal Agent. The disturbance to the surrounding residentsshould be kept at a minimum.
SITE USAGE. Use of the site is restricted to the family listed on the front page.  A family is defined as two adults and four children under the age of 18 living at home (max 4).  Substitutions for the above may be made as follows: o If there is only one tenant, you may list two additional persons on your site; o If there are only two people as tenants, you may list one additional person on your site: o If you are a single parent with children, you may list one additional person, but not the children of both families. o If there are two adults, grandparents can add two grandchildren OR a third adult.  In each case, legally listed tenants pay nothing extra, anyone coming in with them would pay the visitors fees.  Children are NOT permitted in the campground by themselves; a parent or responsible designated adult must be present with them at all times.  Photo IDs for all adults must be provided with all contracts.
