FEEDER BIDDING. (a) All feeder schedules shall be bid on a seniority basis, each calendar year. Feeder schedules shall be posted for five (5) working days, during which time drivers shall be afforded the opportunity to bid. Annual feeder bids shall be awarded and become effective the first (1st) full week of May. (The present annual bidding procedures in Local 396 shall remain in effect.) Posted bids will include a brief description of each job, including the work day and work week, start time, point of destination and the type of equipment normally utilized.

FEEDER BIDDING. In order for timely bid posting in April, the initial Sleeper optimiza- tion will be completed by the end of March every year.

  • Shift Bidding All stations will use voting procedures described below to determine shift bidding. A “show of interest” is defined as fifty-five percent (55%) of affected employees submitting their interest in writing:

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • Bidding a. The Auctioneer reserves the right to regulate the bidding and shall have the sole right to refuse any bid or bids without giving any reason for such refusal.

  • For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.

  • THE BIDDING 6.1 Each new bid shall not be less than the immediately preceding bid.

  • E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:

  • Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.

  • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English. All prices shall be expressed, and all payments shall be made, in United States Dollars ($US). Any offers (tenders) submitted which do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

  • Cost of Bidding 6.1 The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his Bid, and the Employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

  • Successful Bidder The responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid.
