Fees after Expulsion Sample Clauses

Fees after Expulsion. If the Student is expelled, there will be no refund of the Fees for the current or past School Year. There will be no charge of fees in lieu of notice but all arrears of Fees and any other sum due to the School will be payable. No records, recommendations or reports will be released until all financial obligations of the Parents to the School have been met.

Fees after Expulsion. If the Pupil is expelled or removed pursuant to clause 66, there will be no refund or remission of the Acceptance Deposit or of Fees or supplemental charges for the current or past terms (whether paid or payable).
