Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall withdraw from the general funds on deposit in the Distribution Account as provided in Section 3.05(b), prior to any distributions to be made therefrom on such date, and pay to itself all earned but unpaid Trustee Fees, as compensation for all services rendered by the Trustee, in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties of the Trustee hereunder at the Trustee Fee Rate. No Trustee Fee shall be payable with respect to the Companion Loans. The Trustee Fee (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) shall constitute the Trustee's sole compensation for such services to be rendered by it.

Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) As compensation for the performance of its duties hereunder, the Trustee will be paid the Trustee Fee equal to the Trustee's portion of one month's interest at the Trustee Fee Rate, which shall cover recurring and otherwise reasonably anticipated expenses of the Trustee. The Trustee Fee shall be paid monthly on a Mortgage Loan-by-Mortgage Loan basis. As to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Trustee Fee shall accrue from time to time at the Trustee Fee Rate and shall be computed on the basis of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The Trustee Fee (which shall not be limited to any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) shall constitute the Trustee's sole form of compensation for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties of the Trustee hereunder. No Trustee Fee shall be payable with respect to the Companion Loans.

(a) Monthly, the Trustee shall be entitled to withdraw the Trustee Fee from the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.05(b) for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties hereunder of the Trustee. On or prior to the Distribution Date in each month, the Trustee shall be entitled to withdraw and pay itself from amounts then on deposit in the Distribution Account an amount equal to the then unpaid Trustee Fees.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.06, the Trust Administration Fees (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) shall constitute the Trustee's sole compensation for such services to be rendered by them.
Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall be entitled to receive as reasonable compensation out of the Certificate Account (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties of the Trustee hereunder on each Distribution Date in an amount equal to 0.015% per annum, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Certificates.
Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall be entitled to pay itself as reasonable compensation from amounts remitted to the Certificate Account (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties of the Trustee hereunder on each Distribution Date in an aggregate amount equal to 0.0010% per annum (the "Trustee Fee Rate") of the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan, calculated on the same basis as interest on the related Mortgage Loan, minus the amount payable pursuant to Section 7.02(d)(i), from which an amount equal to the Trustee Fee, payable at the Trustee Fee Rate shall be paid to the Trustee.
Fees and Expenses of Trustee; Indemnification of Trustee. (a) In consideration of the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Trustee shall be entitled to any investment income on amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account as provided in Section 3.05(b).
