Fees Deduction. At the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, each employee shall have the option of paying in three (3) (or more, at the Employer’s discretion) approximately equal installments any net tuition and/or fee assessment if the amount is greater than his/her segregated fee assessment for the semester. The first installment shall be due no earlier than the first pay date of the semester. The final installment shall be due no earlier than twelve weeks after the start of classes for that semester. An employee may postpone payment of fall and spring semester net fee assessments until the first pay date of the semester.
