Fees - Recalculation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Recycle BC may further recalculate the Fees on the basis set out in this Agreement and may adjust (either upwards or downwards) the Fees. For changes initiated by Us as a result of an audit or review, You are required to report and pay for all PPP from the time You begin Supplying PPP.   • Calculation Any figure or percentage referred to in this Agreement shall be carried to seven decimal places.

  • Overtime Pay Calculation Overtime shall not be claimed or received for less than fifteen (15) minutes. If overtime amounts to fifteen (15) minutes, or more, it shall be paid for the total period.
