Fees; Expenses As consideration for the services provided by the Warrant Agent (the “Services”), the Company shall pay to the Warrant Agent the fees set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (the “Fees”). If the Company requests that the Warrant Agent provide additional services not contemplated hereby, the Company shall pay to the Warrant Agent fees for such services at the Warrant Agent’s reasonable and customary rates, such fees to be governed by the terms of a separate agreement to be mutually agreed to and entered into by the Parties at such time (the “Additional Service Fee”; together with the Fees, the “Service Fees”)
FEES & CHARGES All points, fees and charges (including finance charges) and whether or not financed, assessed, collected or to be collected in connection with the origination and servicing of each Mortgage Loan have been disclosed in writing to the Mortgagor in accordance with applicable state and federal law and regulation. Overage Fees Your storage capacity and bandwidth (“Storage Capacity”) and your number of Authorized Users and Active Users licenses may be limited as specified in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement and you agree that any additional Storage Capacity Authorized End User and Active Users in excess of what is contemplated in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement may be subject to additional fees. Any failure by Blackboard to timely invoice for any overages due under this paragraph shall not constitute a waiver of your obligation to pay such fees.
ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.
Fees, Costs and Expenses All fees, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred by any party hereto in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the exhibits and schedules hereto and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of such party. In addition, the Company will pay the costs associated with any filings with, or compliance with any of the requirements of any governmental authorities.
Fees Payable A) Our fee does NOT include other costs which are part of the migration process such as Immigration application lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service (s) which is/are provided to you, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are due. Refund Policy: BOCCS services are best aimed to get the approval of visa. But in an unlikely situation of the visa rejection, the below refund would be provided. 100% refund paid to BOCCS Visas, as processing fees. In case the visa is rejected based on below points
Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
Applicable Fees 48.1. CONTRACTOR shall not charge any clients or third-party payers any fee for service unless directed to do so by the Director at the time the client is referred for services. When directed to charge for services, CONTRACTOR shall use the uniform billing and collection guidelines prescribed by DHCS.
