No Offensive Content. Orbitz agrees that Orbitz's Services shall not contain any content that relates to the use of any illegal substances or is immoral, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, overly violent or otherwise offensive ("OFFENSIVE CONTENT"). Orbitz acknowledges that in the event Orbitz's Services contains any Offensive Content, Pegasus may terminate this Agreement upon written notice and the failure of Orbitz to cure within thirty (30) days, without such termination causing an Event of Default. Pegasus agrees that in the event the Online Distribution Database contains any Offensive Content, Pegasus shall remove such Offensive Content within thirty (30) days' written notice from Orbitz. Orbitz shall use commercially reasonable efforts to contractually obligate any Third Party User that utilizes the Reservation Function or the Online Distribution Database to the foregoing and to obtain the removal of any such Offensive Content from the service of any Third Party User of which Pegasus notifies Orbitz.
