Upon the occurrence of a vacancy, Developer shall review its wait list of qualified tenants (and may advertise for qualified tenants if necessary to obtain a qualified tenant). If a qualified tenant for the First Priority is not located at the time of a vacancy, Developer shall accept the next highest priority potential tenant available at that time.
