Union Conventions The chapter chairperson or his/her representative elected to attend a function of the International Union such as convention, or educational conferences, upon proper application, shall be allowed a total of five (5) days per year time off without loss of time or pay to attend such conference and/or conventions.
Shoes All uniformed staff shall be provided with 2 pairs of shoes annually, replaceable on a normal wear and tear basis.
Interim Measures of Protection A Tribunal may order an interim measure of protection to preserve the rights of a disputing party, or to facilitate the conduct of arbitral proceedings, including an order to preserve evidence in the possession or control of a disputing party.
