Filing Fee. The Company agrees to pay the required Commission filing fees relating to the Securities within the time required by Rule 456(b)(1)(i) under the Securities Act, without regard to the proviso therein, and otherwise in accordance with Rules 456(b) and 457(r) under the Securities Act, and in any event prior to the Closing Date.
Filing Fee. The Company has paid the fees required by the SEC relating to the Shares calculated in accordance with Rule 457 under the Securities Act.
Filing Fee. A utility or utilities filing a petition under this section shall pay to the Public Utilities Commission at the time of filing an amount equal to 2/100 of 1% of the estimated cost of the contract or agreement. The utility or utilities, at or before the time of filing of notice of its intent to file the petition, may request the commission to waive all or a portion of the filing fee as unnecessary to help defray the cost of review. The commission shall rule on the request for waiver within 60 days. Notwithstanding this Title, filing fees paid as required in this subsection must be segregated, apportioned and expended by the commission for the purposes of this section. Any portion of the filing fee that is received from a utility or utilities and is not expended by the commission to process the petition for a certificate of public convenience and necessity must be returned to the utility or utilities. Filing Fee. As a means of defraying its costs and expenses, the Committee may institute and require that a reasonable filing and review fee ("REVIEW FEE") accompany an Application. The initial schedule of Review Fees is set forth in the following schedule:

(b) In all other cases, the Review Fee shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per building per Parcel.
(c) If an Application is resubmitted, the Committee may require an additional Review Fee in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100) for each resubmission.
(d) The schedule of Review Fees may be modified from time to time by the Committee to reflect increased costs and expenses or changed circumstances, such as, but not limited to, inflation.
Filing Fee. The written protest must be accompanied by a filing fee in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to the city in an amount equal to one percent of the amount of the Bid or proposed Contract, or
Filing Fee. The Corporation will, within the deadlines specified by the Securities Act, make all required filing fee payments in respect of any Registration Statement or Prospectus used under this Agreement (and any offering covered thereby).
Filing Fee. (1) The written protest must be accompanied by a filing fee in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to Rio Grande City in an amount of:
i. in the case of a Protest of Solicitation, as indicated on the chart below; or
ii. in the case of a Protest of Award, based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid received by the City as indicated on the chart below ABOVE $5 MIL $5,000.00 BETWEEN $2 MIL & $5 MIL $3,000.00 BETWEEN $501K & $2 MIL $2,000.00 BETWEEN $251K & $500K $1,000.00 BETWEEN $25K & $250K $500.00
(2) The purpose of the filing fee is to cover the City’s cost for determining a protest.
(3) If a protest is upheld by the Director of Purchasing and Contracting the filing fee shall be refunded to the protestor less any costs assessed for determining the protest. If the protest is denied, the filing fee shall be forfeited to the City.
Filing Fee. A fee of Twenty-five and No/100 Dollars ($25.00) has been paid to the Licensor prior to issuance of this License.
Filing Fee. Owner’s Authorization for Agent(s), if applicable.
Filing Fee. The Company and the Guarantor have paid the fees required by the SEC relating to the Securities in accordance with Rule 457 under the 1933 Act.
