Filling long-term vacancies in the Call Centre. 5.1 Where a vacancy is created in the Call Centre by 1) a permanent member who is absent on a leave of absence, including pregnancy/parental leave and periods of sick leave or compensable injuries greater than six (6) months, or 2) employees participating in a job share, the Board shall post the vacancy internally, pursuant to Article 35 of the Civilian Working Agreement.
