Film and Video. The CompBioMed project continued to heavily leverage its video output in the second half of the project. At month 18, the CompBioMed YouTube channel housed 34 videos, at the end of the project the channel hosted 81 videos. These included the Virtual Humans film, while the remainder were recordings of CompBioMed talks and webinars. The videos on the CompBioMed YouTube channel gained a cumulative view count of 13,687. BSC, Sheffield, and Medtronic created and posted a video on "Pipeline Embolization Device: Visualization of the blood flow on an aneurysm" on The Barcelona Supercomputing Center YouTube6. This video shows the effect of the Pipeline Embolization Device by Medtronic, over the blood flow inside an artery. The first part shows visualizations of a CFD simulation inside an intracranial artery with an aneurysm, without the stent. The second part is an accurate recreation of the stent delivery process. The final part shows visualizations of a CFD simulation of the blood, after diverter stent implantation. The stunning graphics in this video are shown in Figure 18. The voiceover for this video is soon to be implemented. You must ensure that you have the appropriate copyright licences for film and video. This Agreement confers the required permission on you.   • Photo and Video Release I authorize Growing Kids Learning Center and its owners, employees, or agents to photograph and record (video and audio) my child and use any photographs, video and audio recordings for any lawful purpose related to Growing Kids Learning Center’s business, including advertising and publicity. I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.

  • PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.

  • PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.

  • PUBLICITY AND BRANDING 24.1 Subject to Clause 25 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement or its contents in any way without the Authority's prior Approval.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.

  • Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.

  • Metadata Bibliographical, structural & descriptive data of the Licensed Material as defined in Schedule 5.

  • Exploitation (i) Exploitation of intellectual property may take the form of patenting by the originator singly or in combination with other agencies.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
