Examples of Finally Complete in a sentence
If the Contractor does not have the Project Substantially Complete by the specified Date for Substantial Completion or Finally Complete within 14 days of achieving Substantial Completion (“Date of Final Completion”), the Contractor shall pay the Owner (and the Owner may set off from sums coming due the Contractor) Liquidated Damages in the per diem amounts as set forth in the following tables, whichever may be applicable.
Contractor hereby expressly waives and relinquishes any right which it may have to seek to characterize the above noted liquidated damages as a penalty, which the parties agree represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the Owner’s actual damages at the time of contracting if Contractor fails to Substantially or Finally Complete the Work within the required time periods.

Items identified in the course of any inspection for Substantial Completion that are required to Finally Complete the Work following Substantial Completion shall be added to the proposed Final Completion Punch List and the revised Final Completion Punch List attached to the Notice of Substantial Completion.
The Work will be Substantially Complete within 120 (One Hundred Twenty) calendar days from the date when the Contract time commences to run as provided in Document 00700 General Conditions The Work will be Finally Complete and ready for final payment within 180 (One Hundred Eighty) calendar days from the date when the Contract time commences to run as provided in Document 00700 General Conditions.
