Final Construction Safety and Phasing Plan. (CSPP) and Construction Staging and Storage Area Site Plan Submittal to OE/AAA: Xxxxxx will prepare a Final CSPP to be included in the contract documents as guidance to the contractor on important safety standards and regulations that are typically required on airport construction projects. The CSPP will be prepared in accordance with the latest, available FAA AC 150/5370-2. Guidance will be provided to direct the anticipated Contractor for standards and safety considerations while performing construction activities on an airport. Contractor’s access, staging, haul routes, and construction phasing and barricade plans will also be provided in this report for reference during construction. Xxxxxx will also prepare a final 7460-1 Site Exhibit that illustrates the Contractor’s Staging and Storage Area, Haul Route, anticipated construction equipment heights, location of construction equipment, and survey data meeting the Xxxxx 0X survey criteria. Only the 7460-1 Site Exhibit will be posted to the OE/AAA website. The CSPP will be included as an appendix to the contract documents.

  • Construction Safety Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Recognition or Letter of Good Standing issued by an occupational health and safety organization approved by the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Neutral Construction The parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement was negotiated fairly between them at arm's length and that the final terms of this Agreement are the product of the parties' negotiations. Each party represents and warrants that it has sought and received legal counsel of its own choosing with regard to the contents of this Agreement and the rights and obligations affected hereby. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be deemed to have been jointly and equally drafting by them, and that the provisions of this Agreement therefore should not be construed against a party or parties on the grounds that such party or parties drafted or was more responsible for the drafting of any such provision(s).

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority (ies) except for as provided in the Act.
