Supervisor's Post-Probation Report Unless the probationary employee has previously been removed from probation, the principal or other supervisor shall submit a written report to the Superintendent at the end of the probationary period, which report shall identify whether the performance of the probationary employee has improved and which shall set forth one of the following recommendations for further action:
Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
Exhibit D - Debarment Certification By signing and submitting this Contract, the Contractor is agreeing to abide by the debarment requirements as set out below. • The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact relied upon by County. • The Contractor shall provide immediate written notice to County if at any time the Contractor learns that its certification was erroneous or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. • Contractor certifies that none of its principals, affiliates, agents, representatives or contractors are excluded, disqualified or ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal agency and Contractor further certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it and its principals: • Are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal Department or Agency; • Have not been convicted within the preceding three-years of any of the offenses listed in 2 CFR 180.800(a) or had a civil judgment rendered against it for one of those offenses within that time period; • Are not presently indicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a governmental entity (Federal, State, or Local) with commission of any of the offenses listed in 2 CFR 180.800(a); • Have not had one or more public transactions (Federal, State, or Local) terminated within the preceding three-years for cause or default. • The Contractor agrees by signing this Contract that it will not knowingly enter into any subcontract or covered transaction with a person who is proposed for debarment, debarred, suspended, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this covered transaction. • Any subcontractor will provide a debarment certification that includes the debarment clause as noted in preceding bullets above, without modification.

A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

TIMELINESS OF BILLING SUBMISSION The parties agree that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognize that the City is on a fiscal year. All xxxxxxxx for dates of service prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later that the first Friday in August of the same year.
Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.
Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.
Conformity Assessment Procedures 1. Each Party shall give positive consideration to accepting the results of conformity assessment procedures of other Parties, even where those procedures differ from its own, provided it is satisfied that those procedures offer an assurance of conformity with applicable technical regulations or standards equivalent to its own procedures.
