Final Operating and Maintenance Partnership Budget. The Commission shall adopt an annual operating and maintenance budget, including debt and interest charges and any other current Capital Costs and cash reserve as separate items, on or before January 15th for the ensuing fiscal year. The Commission shall assess the amounts necessary to be raised in order to meet the said budget in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of this Agreement. The amount so assessed to each Member Town shall, prior to February 1st of each year preceding the fiscal year to which said budget relates, be certified by the Partnership treasurer to the treasurer of each Member Town. The Member Towns shall, at the next annual town meeting (if required), seek an appropriation of the amounts so certified. Refer to Appendix A for an example Fiscal Year Partnership Budget
