Final Project Performance Activity Report. No later than ninety (90) days after the Expiration Date, termination of the Grant, the Project completion, or the final disbursement of the Grant by the Grantee, whichever event occurs last, the Grantee must submit a report that only covers an evaluation of the success of the Project in meeting the objectives of the program.
