Final Provisions 12. 1. In case individual provisions of this DPA are ineffective or become ineffective or contain a gap, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The Parties undertake to replace the ineffective provision by a legally permissible provision which comes closest to the purpose of the ineffective provision and that thereby satisfies the requirements of article 28 GDPR. 12.2. In case of conflicts between this DPA and other arrangements between the Parties, in particular the Agreement, the provisions of this DPA shall prevail.
