Final Report and Deliverables. The CONSULTANT will produce an “as adopted” final report to incorporate any changes made during the adoption process by City Council. This document will be created in digital format, including both text and mapping, such that it will be easily reproducible. Electronic files of the final Comprehensive Plan will be provided to the City.

Final Report and Deliverables. After incorporation of the City project manager’s review comments on the draft report, the Consultant shall submit one (1) final report and one (1) executive summary in hard copy along with one (1) digital copy containing the final report and executive summary in a text- recognized Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format to the City project manager 1 to 2 weeks prior to the final deadline for final comparison purposes. The pdf version shall be completely assembled into one stand-alone file and shall be the same version as the hard copies. Any discrepancies discovered by the City project manager between the hard copy and electronic copy during this final comparison are the responsibility of the Consultant to correct. Upon completion of the final quality assurance process by the City project manager, the Consultant shall submit all final documents and materials, to the City project manager on or before February 1, 2026. These final documents and materials shall include: 1) Three (3) hard copies of the final report, and 2) Three (3) hard copies of the executive summary. The executive summary shall outline the purpose, findings, recommendations, and configuration of the project. The summary should not exceed ten (10) pages. Any final reports which have been submitted in three-ring notebook format shall have spine labels clearly identifying the project, Consultant, and date. Two (2) USB drive copies containing the final report, and executive summary in a text- recognized Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format and original formats (Word, Excel, etc.) will be provided. The pdf version will be completely assembled into one stand-alone file and shall be exactly the same version as the hard copy. Each USB drive shall be conspicuously labeled.

  • Tasks and Deliverables A description of and the schedule for each task and deliverable, illustrated by a Xxxxx chart.   • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • BACKGROUND STATEMENT NCR Voyix and Customer agree that this Agreement will apply to: (a) the subscription licensing to Customer of Software at selected Customer sites and Hosted Software accessed via the internet; (b) the subscription or purchase of Equipment by Customer; and (c) NCR Voyix’s maintenance and support services, if any, for such Software and Equipment, as well as certain other services as set forth herein. Payment processing services are not covered by this Agreement. If NCR Voyix provides payment processing services as part of a Product bundle or otherwise, then such processing services will be covered by separate agreement.
