Final Workday a. Building checkout procedures, as determined by the building principal, will be scheduled so that teachers may complete the procedures no later than 11:30 a.m. Teachers may leave the building as soon as their work is completed.

Original Works All Work Product created by Contractor pursuant to the Services, including derivative works and compilations of Work Product, and whether or not such Work Product is considered a work made for hire or an employment to invent, is the exclusive property of Agency. Agency and Contractor agree that such Work Product is “work made for hire” of which Agency is the author within the meaning of the United States Copyright Act. If for any reason the Work Product is not “work made for hire,” Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to Agency any and all of its rights, title, and interest in all Work Product, whether arising from copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other state or federal intellectual property law or doctrine. Upon Agency’s reasonable request, Contractor shall execute such further documents and instruments necessary to fully vest such rights in Agency. Contractor forever waives any and all rights relating to Work Product, including without limitation, any and all rights arising under 17 USC §106A or any other rights of identification of authorship or rights of approval, restriction or limitation on use or subsequent modifications.
Normal Workday The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.
Normal Work Year The normal work year for the Administrator shall be Two Hundred Sixty (260) days between July 1 and June 30 annually which will include all student attendance days and teacher work days. The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.
Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.
Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00
Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.
Additional Works If the Employer requests the Contractor to provide additional works or services which are not either envisaged by, or ancillary to the Works to be provided under, this Contract then the Contractor shall comply with any such request as if such request were a Variation instruction and the provisions of this clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments] shall apply accordingly.
Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.
